We're a small, senior team obsessed with cinematic realism, realtime performance and AI you can have a conversation with.
We'd rather ship one cinematic moment than ten generic ones. Polish is part of the job.
Async by default, with deliberate overlap. We hire from wherever the right person is.
We write things down, share early drafts, and prefer one good demo to a long deck.
Don't see a fit? Tell us why we should make one anyway.
Cash and ownership in the studio you're helping build.
Whatever you need to do your best work, including high-end GPUs and headsets.
One week, in person, somewhere good. The rest of the year is remote.
Courses, conferences, software — if it makes you better, we cover it.
Generous PTO that the team actually takes.
Coverage that scales with where you live and what you need.
Send us a note. The best hires we've made were the ones we weren't actively looking for.
Digito is a small studio doing ambitious work — building AI-driven digital humans that are genuinely believable, run in real-time and can hold a conversation. Our stack spans Unreal Engine, MetaHuman, Pixel Streaming, WebRTC, voice synthesis and large language models. We care more about the quality of what we ship than how fast we ship it.
We've shipped digital humans for Coachella, for global entertainment brands, and for R&D projects that push what realtime characters can do. The team is senior, remote-first and time-zone aware. We hire slowly and deliberately — every person who joins has significant influence over how the studio evolves.
Current open roles focus on realtime engineering with Unreal Engine and Pixel Streaming, and on the ML and speech layer that turns a face into a person — voice synthesis, lip-sync accuracy, conversational memory and low-latency inference. If you work at the intersection of cinematic craft and AI, we'd like to meet you.
