Digito is a creative studio that designs, builds and deploys AI-driven digital humans, 3D avatars and immersive realtime experiences. Our services include, but are not limited to, custom digital human production, conversational AI integration, Pixel Streaming deployment, and related consulting and technical services (collectively, the "Services").
Specific commercial engagements are governed by separate written agreements or statements of work entered into between Digito and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separate agreement, the separate agreement shall control.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, video, 3D assets, software, and design — is the property of Digito or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For custom projects, intellectual property ownership is defined in the applicable project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables created by Digito remain the property of Digito until full payment is received.
