The Digito Portal is the web application our clients use to configure the avatar we build for them: its personality, what it knows, how it sounds and where it appears. This page explains what it does and what it accesses. No sign-in required to read it.
Digito builds conversational avatars: real-time 3D characters that listen, answer and hold a conversation. Once a character is built, the client needs a way to keep it current without coming back to us for every change. That is the Portal.
Set the avatar's personality, tone, greeting and the languages it answers in, then preview the result before it goes live.
Upload the documents the avatar should answer from, or connect Google Drive and select existing files. The avatar answers from that material and nothing else.
See how many conversations happened, how long they lasted and in which languages, so the knowledge base can be improved where visitors got stuck.
Connecting Google Drive is optional. It exists so a client can point the avatar at documents they already maintain, instead of re-uploading them by hand every time something changes. Here is exactly what it does.
drive.file scope, which limits access to the specific files and folders you select in Google's own file picker. It cannot see the rest of your Drive.openid, email), so the Portal can show which account is connected and let you disconnect it.The Portal extracts the text of the documents you selected and stores it as your avatar's knowledge base, so the avatar can answer from your own material. It re-checks those files periodically, so that when you update a document the avatar's answers follow.
That is the only use. Your documents are not sold, not shared with third parties for their own purposes, not used for advertising, and not used to train generalised AI models.
Disconnecting never changes the files in your Google Drive. It removes our copy and our access.

The Portal is for organisations that have commissioned an avatar from Digito. Accounts are created by us as part of a project, so there is no public sign-up. Each account sees only its own projects.

The Digito Portal is the client application for the conversational avatars Digito builds. It lets an organisation configure its own digital human: the character's personality and tone, the knowledge base it answers from, the languages it speaks, and where the avatar is deployed, whether that is a website, a kiosk, a mobile browser or a screen in a physical space.
Knowledge can be supplied by uploading documents directly, or by connecting Google Drive and selecting existing files through Google's file picker. The Google Drive connection is optional, uses the narrow drive.file scope so that only selected files are ever accessible, and can be revoked at any time from the Portal or from a user's Google account settings.
